The second book in the popular series that follows a small group of people through perilous times.
The world as we know it is now gone. Everyday life has now been changed forever for everyone. A militant group named The First Wave has made sure that life was altered by setting off EMPs in our atmosphere. This act was in conjunction with an all-out attack throughout the country, to take over entirely.
The Day Of: Awakening will put us back with our group, who must deal with the heartbreak of losing members of their group in the Battle of Sterling Ridge. They will also try to rebuild the lives they once had, all while learning about new threats to their well-being. On top of that, the battle that they fought did not defeat their enemy, The First Wave. It may have only enraged their leader, Franklin, even more. Now they fear he is hell-bent on a return visit to take their town back.
Once again, the story is being told directly to you, as the listener, as it's being written for you.
And once again, this story is not for people that do not want to hear foul language, or hear about war and the death and destruction that comes with it.
This is not a children's book.
