The Christian Spirit: A Poetic Reflection on Philippians is a poetic commentary on the Biblical book of Philippians. This is fourth in the series: Poetic Reflections on the Bible. In this audiobook, H. C. Kim, the poet-theologian, explores the inner workings of the theology of St. Paul, the Apostle-Missionary. His analysis is insightful, and he makes complex theology accessible to even those who have never taken a course on the Bible. Paul's words and experiences come alive in insightful poems in ways that are relevant to the 21st century.
Those from all walks of life and different cultural, social, racial backgrounds will find poems relevant and meaningful for their lives. This poetry audiobook is perfect for personal devotion/meditation or for listening and discussing in a small group study setting in your church or school. The author has been a visiting professor at Asia Evangelical College and Seminary in Bangalore, India, and at Cebu Bible College in the Philippines. He has also given guest lectures in Russia and Indonesia.
