This entire book is about the power of God to deliver, heal, and revive covenant marriages. God divinely ordained marriage to help man understand and powerfully operate in the covenant relationship He desires to have with mankind, the crowning glory of His creation. Marriage is a living, breathing, warring, and conquering organism, better known as the "Bride of Christ."

In spiritual reality, holy matrimony between a man and a woman is Jesus's church, the minimum quorum for which is two who come together in his mighty name. Jesus promises to "be in the midst," meaning present and accounted for, anytime or anywhere two or three people are "gathered together" in His name. (Matthew 18:20).

What's so very unfortunate is far too many married couples are clueless that every godly marriage has been specifically targeted for destruction. This is because successful marriages glorify God and simultaneously defeat Satan's wicked plans to sully, spiritually defile, and ultimately destroy them.

Because of the forgoing, the Holy Spirit has inspired Cassandra and I to share some of the attacks, trials, tribulations, customized temptations, successes, and failures God has blessed us to survive in our 36 years of marriage as of May 2024. Accordingly, Cassandra and I have made a commitment, not only to fight for our marriage, but to try our best to be used by the Holy Spirit of Christ, Jesus, to help, bless, strengthen, deliver, and save as many marriages as possible. In these regards, please put on your spiritual seatbelt, allow God to open your spiritual eyes and learn (from Him) how to fight for the best thing with which He has blessed you, short of soul salvation, your covenant marriage with Him and your spouse.
