As a woman in a male-dominated industry, I need to stay on top of my game as PR Director for the Tornadoes. So when my apartment building loses electricity during the playoffs, I don’t make waves. But the alternative is exhausting—sneaking in and out of the players lounge to sleep. When I’m caught by the sexiest player on the team, he offers me his guest room—and even better, a place to cook. Now, I have to remind myself hourly that my career is more important than jumping his very-convenient bones.
