So Very Helpful
Don’t hesitate to get this book. Packed with the kind of everyday wisdom we all possess but that has gotten buried by trying to be too sophisticated. From the content, to the narration, it was such a pleasure to listen to on my journey to rediscover and recover my self worth. I’ve certainly been bettered by this book. Looking forward to more from the Author.

Great. A deep look inside the heart.
This was a refreshing look at human worth according to the scriptures. I thought Caleb did a great job and would highly recommend!

extremely religious
Far too religious for my liking. Basically a book about Christ and accepting yourself through him, his image, and his example, and his view of you. Poppycock, and not helpful by any means.

Well written and narrated
I listened to this book on a long drive, and really enjoyed it. It's well written and narrated, and enjoyable to listen to. I've struggled with self-doubt my whole life and this helped me get some insight and appreciation for who I am and what I have to offer the world. It has made me re-think some of the perceptions I've carried for years. I've passed it on to others in hopes it can help them, too. Good read!

Great Tips for Improving Self Worth
This book discusses some of CJ's personal stories and challenges regarding self Worth. It's a compact book but has tangible ideas to put into place immediately. Nice book!

Christian based
Very Christian religion oriented - the Christian god gets mentioned many times. Kind of off putting if you have different religious background.
