If this was not an Arc i would not have finished!

My first big issue is Grace, She behaves in a way that is near suicidal, Now for the first few books with Morgan this was fine, he was raised to always seek fights and to better himself. And a lot of his fights were not avoidable... Grace is just stupid she was raised under a fairly normal home, and would have been better for her to behave in a way that suits a normal person in this world that suddenly finds themselves with a Supermage skill set, instead she almost immediately becomes a mini Morgan and wants to help fight shit triple her current level always saying but i can help, You can see that in book 9 the author realized that to some degree and wrote in scouting missions that she COULD be helpful in, But she still wants to help fight things 3x her level. combine that with the fact that she actively disobeys Morgans very common sense statements, there is legit an entire section were she gets in trouble and its her Entire fault, Now i get that teenagers can be difficult but there not gonna be that dumb and Suicidal when one of her first lessons is about facing down death.....

Moving to the next big issue i have, is the Author and well Chaos and Balance sharing a body and having to be tied for things to be nice and peaceful is funny, Hell i got a chuckle out of if i like good things he likes the opposite, Chaos proceeds to drink flat soda.... The issue with this is Chaos is by the end of Book 9 defined as something that brings down the End, First if you END things that means there is no Chaos OR Balance its just the END game over your all dead, so having the gods come over and Brag to Morgan about what happened is just insane, Chaos isn't WINING you morons, Christ if you want chaos to win go randomly be a clown, then be a tamer with folates for hands, Then be a Fish bowl man with squiggle eyes and bear hands you get were i am going?? Chaos is by definition Disorder and Confusion... so how dos disorder happen when u start a War under the Guise of the super freaking dangers race from way back is coming???? that is a Very logical thing to do hell most wars have more rules and Guide lines then anything else.... Want to now what's really Disorder causing?? randomly murder all the kings of every faction...... yet at every turn we see nothing that would impower Chaos outside of the wall between the two worlds dropping...

This Arc and the people in it are just bad. And lets also point out the none stop STAT dropping i mean F### off.

Great box set

I can’t be it’s over! I’m going to miss this series very much and hope that we do get a continuous one later on. Having spent almost 3 months listing to both of the box sets for this series makes it home that it’s done. If you are on the fence about this don’t be it’s really a great investment!

I really enjoyed the series. I hope Aaron Oster comes back to it at some point to continue the story.

Best book series ever. Narrator was good, story line was amazing. highly recommended. The story pulls you in very well, you get attached to the people, and the twists were so well done.
