So bad I couldn’t finish it
I don’t understand the hype. It’s all fluff. Nothing remotely practical about this book. So I looked up the author and found out he had a history of going bankrupt and scamming people with MLM schemes. Don’t waste time on this.

if you've read the original, this is too similar
I wouldn't recommend getting this if you've read the original since it seems like the only changes are a bit in the beginning and breaks in between chapters to summarize and review. If you have trouble reflecting on what you've read, then the review sections may be of more use to you. It's still an amazing book and this is the definitive version if you're just getting it for the first time.

Dope book to begin your journey of financial literacy
I just downloaded the book and only in the first few chapters but I’m already learning things that I haven’t heard before! I love it so far and recommend to anyone looking to get out of the “rat race”. Also take a look at the pdf files included with the book. In order to do so go to the desktop version of your audible account and go to library, there is where you’ll be able to download the PDFs

Great Book - No Access to PDF of tables & graphs
The book is great and so is the performance of the narrator. But without access to the PDF of the information they mention in some of the chapters, I feel as though I'm missing out on something.

Even though updated, it's traditional advice
I really wanted to like this book, but what got to me was the constant repetition like I was a 5 year old. Beyond that, there were some good concepts and things to think about. Most of it, however, felt very old and traditional, and not what would work well in 2019. It's a different economic climate now than it was when the book was originally written, and the tone and overall principles were not updated--they feel very 1980s. Comments like "That's what friends are for" (to give you great tips on good investments) and advice like "get and maintain rich friends" are kind of inauthentic for younger generations. I also found a lot of talk about things, but no instruction on how to actually implement anything. Overall I'm afraid I can't recommend this book.

Good book, but terribly cut for audible
This book is pretty good, and confirms a lot of things I’ve come to realize on my own over the years. I must say the first 2/3 or so of the book is really solid, but it gets less insightful and the advice more sketchy toward the end.
Unfortunately, the audible version is cut terribly. It makes no sense to have the study questions from chapter n at the start of chapter n + 1. These should be totally separate chapters in an audiobook. Really disappointed that audible screwed this up so bad.

Avoid this author's mistakes
Dangerous advice (ex: don't save, invest in companies you learn are about to go public, invest using large amounts of leverage) with occasional good advice sprinkled in (build passive income, build financial literacy). If you can't tell the difference you risk finding yourself over-leveraged with multiple bankruptcies like the author. If you can tell the difference there is nothing to gain from this book.

Not worth it
Generic self help with very little specific financial advice. Fetishizes employers and being rich. Does anyone even believe the stories in the book are real? I'll take my financial advice from someone who was actually successful BEFORE their success book.

Neo-capitalistic and self-centered worldview
The book is written very repetitive and has a neo-capitalistic worldview from the 70s. Yes, I am pretty sure the techniques and ideas in this book will make you personally rich, but at whose expense is never asked. Outdated and egocentric. Kiyosaki considers paying taxes a bad thing, because the state is taking money away from you. He never asks why and what taxes are good for. If everybody would follow the book's main-credo "mind your own business" the sick and the disabled would just die like in the dark ages. I recommend reading / listening to "7 habits of highly effective people" if you have not done it yet. It has a holistic worldview and is not only focused on your own bank account.

Tideous summaries at end of each chapter
Interestinf book, but it was unnecessarily stretched out by thw exercise sessions. Sometimes the same sentence would then be repeated 2-3 times. And even a 15 minute segmebt would be summarized in another 5 minutes, just after listening to it.
I'm all for summaries, but here it was too much and I felt it's wasting my time.
Other than that an okay book with a clean message regarding financial intelligence. In one sentence I think the book says "Use your brain to earn more money and have it work for you".
However, most examples used in the book are about real estate deals from a time, where one could buy a duplex valued at 50'000$ with almost no money down (2000$). Today the system has beem improved and such irresponsible deals are no longer possible. Ask 2008 why those deals were irresponsible.

a different perspective but superficial
It's a good book if this is your first step to changing how you look at money but otherwise it's too basic and superficial.
Feels like a self promotion at a lot of the points. "I did this", "made this much profit", "my boardgame explains it very well"... I am aware he uses these as examples but he goes beyond that.
He also paints government, taxes etc. as evil. Encourages to avoid them, to find loopholes. This may very well be true for the US government, but I would expect the best selling finance book to be a bit more international.
The biggest disappointment was, when he called DONALD TRUMP his hero for his persuasive skills, an infamous narcissistic liar, who can't even finish a thought without getting sidetracked. At which point I regretted having read the book at all.

Nothing new
I was looking forward to listening but i was disappointed.
In the end a book about how well the author performed.
The idea about using your mind is nothing new but is eleaborated on extensively.

way too long with way too little informations
I heard a lot about the book and had really high expectations. but the book didn't have any new informations or knowledge. just very absolut basic economic informations. there are free videos online which can give you the same knowledge in 10 min video.

Too little pracmatic advise
I am astonished by the good valuation this book has gotten.
I see 95% philosophy about sth you havent been taught in school without describing what it is.
In the very last chapter which starts with "if you havent gotten enough..." it states some actions of author that are primarely in investments for brokers and driving around to find cheap appartements you might be able to buy. So getting money in buying and selling stuff.

I’m very US centric
The book is one of those must reads or at least a should read.
However, I find its explanations rather US centric and difficult to apply in Europe where I am at home.
Also the book is a bit out of date and would today probably give some different advice. This is not necessarily a bad thing. Simply a testimonial to its time.
Therefore, when reading take-away, its motivational drive and inspiring ideas, rather than the quite a few practical applications.
