Many people struggle with improving themselves. Schools, seminars, retreats, and podcasts inform a person of what is possible, but they still can't seem to become the person they want to be. Motivational speakers, seminars, and books seem to help a little for a while, and then they find themselves basically where they were before.
The challenge is most humans have never been trained to train themselves. The little training they do have on how to train themselves is so misunderstood and confusing, they give up and stop. What if your confusion was clarified and you actually understood how to grow and develop yourself? More importantly, what if you found it was something you could do and love doing? Could you imagine growing and becoming more and more like the person of your dreams each year and enjoying the process? If it was possible, would you do it?
