À propos de ce contenu audio

In this book, I share about my experience with being a witness and a victim to a murder-suicide. The experience was with two friends who recently separated and were potentially headed to divorce. I knew Eddie and Stacey were having problems, but what I didn't know was that Eddie was prepared to end the lives of he and Stacey.

Along with these experiences, I share that I believe my life had been a preparation for that moment in the garage. I spent years in the Army Reserve so I was trained for battle. I used my instincts to keep me calm although in shock. As I recall the experience, I know that God was with me in that garage. I share an image of an angel protecting me. I experienced PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more.

The Lord has prepared me to share with others that it is possible to rebuild life. Using strategies and techniques. I created chapters that discuss steps that can be used to rebuild life after a traumatic experience. I visualized natural disasters like tornadoes and floods and hurricanes. We know natural disasters can happen and we will need to rebuild. This book, Rebuilding Life after Trauma was visualized through earthquakes. I live in California and earthquakes happen daily. God is my anchor and my strength. Rebuilding life is a process and is possible.
