Brady Mullen, with a bachelors degree in accounting, was an independent financial advisor for 19 years. However, his passion began to tilt toward real estate. Helping people with their real estate decisions, including home purchases, real estate investing, mortgage strategies, and so on creates all sorts of conflicts for the compliance overlay in the financial planning industry, so in 2021, Brady sold his financial practice to make clarifying the financial consequences of real estate decisions his primary focus.

Dan Mullen has been a CPA since 2015 and specializes in taxes for real estate agents and investors. He loves to help people understand the power that real estate has in creating wealth in his clients' lives, starting with owning their own home. Together with his brother, Brady, he has developed a financial model for just about every real estate decision someone can make. He regularly teaches continuing education courses to real estate agents, financial advisors, and tax professionals.
