À propos de ce contenu audio

Just when I thought I could finally take a break, sip a margarita and soak up some blissfully normal sun -- BOOM! -- duty calls...

Imagine me relaxing in a lounge chair when I first learn a regal scepter has fallen into the dangerously wrong hands. But as my frozen drink begins to melt, there's no time for me to waste springing back into action because this scepter is anything but ordinary. Would you settle for just a cursed bracelet when you could have a divine stick that hands out blessings and curses like candy on Halloween? Of course you wouldn't. And neither would the tainted witch who's wielding it.

With my trusty sidekicks in tow, we high-tail it to Boston, and immediately encounter a warlock who can't decide whether he'd like to be our worst enemy or our next ally. But that's okay, because we're not giving up -- or going back to the pool -- until the scepter is secured.

In no time at all Aeira, Kaiya, and I are stirring up a plan when we're forced to add a couple of demons, a pinch of Dark Fae, and stir in an angel who's got more cryptic advice than a fortune cookie. What could possibly go wrong? Well, everything, obviously.

Now it's a race through the historical city streets dodging magical backstabs and decoding celestial mumbo-jumbo while I wrestle to keep one hand on my magic and the other on my sarcasm. Because if I'm going to save the world yet again, you better believe I'm cracking some jokes and making fun of everything I can while I'm at it.

Join me, Nylah, as I navigate chaotic allies, treacherous relics, and the fine line between myth and Monday madness. Because there's no such thing as a quiet life when it's your job to chase ancient power in the shadows of Beantown.
