Very birds eye view
2.5 hours of broad lecture followed by 30 minutes of questions & answers on specifics that, for the most part, weren’t even covered in the lecture.

Wish I could give 10 stars — this book is awesome
Do yourself a favor and listen to this the week before your first class in property law, or before you begin your bar review course. Then you will have a framework to understand all of the arcane details and tangents that your professor will regale you with for the rest of the year. If only the author had 100 books like this on all of the other confusing subjects you might encounter in life.

Best on Audible, but not complete
I can't seem to find marriages. And you'll have to ago through and write your own chapter list guild. There could be better legal audio books out there for sure...

better and easier to remember than law school!
Well Done! Only the essentials and its all you need for the bar! The examples of pop culture are fun and keep your attention, I love this.

A great help in preparing for the bar exam!
These audio lessons and outlines have been very helpful because they allow me to continue to drill these concepts into my head. Whenever I am on the go, walking to the store, getting a coffee, or riding the train. Now I am just hoping I can pass this exam.

I loved the case study examples. There was humor in what could have been a dull subject matter.
