Project Diosdado: The Bizarro State alleges the existence of a global paramilitary and criminal organization, referred to as a "Universal Shadow Government," that has operated with impunity for decades. The investigation, sparked by the discovery of a massive internal database called a "geo-index," claims this network was founded by an alliance of American technology pioneers, Cuban intelligence, and Iranian theocrats.
The book asserts that this "Bizarro State" uses a private, untraceable internet and financial system to commit crimes ranging from intellectual property theft to market manipulation and election interference. It operates as a paramilitary force, using military-trained personnel to target civilians and protect its interests. The author details how the network allegedly infiltrated the North American energy sector using the 2002 Venezuelan oil strike as a cover to export sleeper agents.
Finally, the book serves as a global appeal, documenting the author's efforts to expose the network by notifying international lawmakers and U.S. Congress, and making the evidence public through a searchable database.
