In this brief collection of prayers and poetry, Jo Ann Levitt depicts the multiple moods that arise on a daily basis while witnessing the changes brought about by the great Pandemic of the 21st century. Through this series of rhymed prayers, the author shares conflicting experiences of mirth and misery, madness and mystery, all the while searching for the means to adjust to (or in some cases survive) this extraordinary event that has taken the world by surprise.
Much of her work is aimed both at finding peace while at the same time exploring the deeper meaning — extracting potential clues or messages from Spirit that will help sustain us and at the same time align us with God’s greater purpose.
