Practical and Bible based

This is one of the most practical and helpful parenting books I have listened to. The tone is kind and encouraging. The advice is constantly backed by scripture. I’m recommending it to all my mommy friends!

Perfect Timing!!!

I am a mother of eight children 14 and under all about two years apart. We recently experienced a very tragic loss in our family. My brother shot and killed my father. I just had a baby while he was still alive in ICU. This book has been instrumental in helping me keep my focus and set my mind on things above. As all of my children are grieving and lashing out in their own way. This book has helped me and gently reminded me that in crisis is the perfect time to press in and press on. When life doesn’t pan out the way we ever expected it to our scripts will make or break us. ❤️Thank you!!!!

Life changing

I recommend this book to all parents, I had no time to make my own discipline research, because being so young I couldn’t think of what is the correct way to speak to my children other than what I know, and once stressed out I just didn’t know how to react. Even though I read and read the Bible for some reasons I never thought of using it for my children, because we only think of the Bible is for adults and some how end up thinking that only the stories belong to the kids. Now I have started creating my own scripts and my life started to change. Thank you Jesus for using this two wonderful women to share what of grace they have received with us.

The Best Book Ever! Starting it again right now!

This is the most useful book ever written! Seriously! I love how they explain how to make the script my own. I read other parenting books and they tell you what to do but never tell you HOW. I needed to know HOW to do what should be done. Thank you so much Amber and Wendy!

Captivating

The story telling and relations to the events that took place where I can imagine myself in that same situation was extremely well written. I have learned so much from the scripts and I am making use of them in my daily life. Thanks for opening my eye and heart to what God has been dealing with me.

LOVED IT!

I did a devotion from the You Version Bible app from this book and knew I needed to read (or listen to) it. Each time I listen I am uplifted and encouraged. I loved learning new things to say to my son as we go through trials. Parenting a pre-teen is hard! This book helped me realize that I am not alone in my struggles. I highly recommend it!
