This is not some book that will tell you "How to turn off anxiety", because there is no answer for that. I begged for an answer of "How do I end this shit? What is the "magic trick"? I won't lie to you to give you hope that I once latched onto, because there is no magic switch to turn it off. Instead, my book will teach you that having anxiety should not stop your life. You will learn how to live through your anxiety, and not let it control or ruin your life.
I wrote this book, because I suffered for a long time, however, you don't need to. Learn what is going on in our complex brain, so that you can learn how to live with your anxiety. If you suffer from anxiety, please do not give up, and please do not be fooled by therapists like I was. There is no magic switch, and if you have anxiety, you need to learn and accept that it will be with you forever. The trick is how to let it be with you forever and not let it affect you. Use your anxiety to your advantage.
