Apart from listening to Stephen King’s incredible life story from Stephen King himself — with a wonderful narration — there are a lot of useful tips and practical information on writing.
I will definitely be listening to this book more than once and I recommend it to any writer who wants to take his/her craft seriously.

Nice book, narrated by the master of horror himself, Mr King, who candidly talks about his experience and advises new writers to navigate the waters of writing the manuscript, polish it and give it a go at publishing it. All with humor with a side of realism. Especially liked the last chapter.

Je ne suis absolument pas écrivaine mais j'adore découvrir le processus créatifs des artistes. Ici, j'ai été servie et me suis retrouvée, tour à tour, amusée, étonnée et émue. Je l'ai lu (ou plutôt écouté) d'une traite. Fabuleux. Merci Monsieur King.

I am absolutely not a writer but I love discovering the creative process of artists. Here, I was served and found myself, in turn, amused, surprised and moved. I read it (or rather listened to it) in one sitting. fabulous. Thank you Mr King (love your voice and spirit!).
