Waaaaaou ! Exceptional and very very unexpected !
The title of this series is up to all the other ones. I strongly recommend it and if you have not listened the previous audiobooks, then do it because you will not be disappointed, Even if it is possible to read it as a standalone, it is very important to understand what is going on with all the previous stories because it will explain why some factions changed their alliances and in which direction the most powerful beings will go.
The author's imagination has created a whole new world of fantasy and each book enrich this world with new possibilities.
If you like a strong alpha male, a strong-willed female, very interesting second characters or a glimpse of previous characters, then this book is for you.
I rarely give such a praise to a book or a series, but for me this is exactly what I expect to feel when I listen this kind of audiobooks: a total oblivion of my environment, a dreamlike experience and a story that follows me even after the last word.
My final praise will go to the reader who is exceptional. His capacity to express feelings and emotions with is voice is incredible. I can say that after hundreds of audiobooks, this reader is one of the very best I have ever heard.
