Get sleep and drink water. That's the gist of it
I lost count of the number of times he mentioned he likes to drink water and get adequate sleep. I acknowledge those things are very important but I was hoping he'd have a bit more to offer than repetition of the same themes over and over for most of the book.
Also, the final chapter was basically just name-dropping - I got halfway through that last real chapter and just abandoned the book.
I don't regret buying it, as it helped reinforce ideas I'd already read about in other books, but I won't be listening to this again.

Great starting point!!!
I found this book super helpful because it kept it simple and it definitely a good read. Motivated me to actually start taking control. Would recommend to anyone at any age!
