    Inspiring!

    I loved this book, I heard it many times, just before bed... The voice so soothing and relaxing... Listening made me understand some of the things you don't get in yoga class. Made me feel like practicing all the time... I think people that practice will totally connect to this book and what it has to offer.

    Very insightful

    For me this book is more about understanding yoga then doing yoga. If you are a beginner like myself, you will probably need to buy a book on actually doing yoga. I would recommend this book first before starting to do yoga. This will teach you how to do yoga rather than doing yoga poses that are merely exercises that look like yoga.

    This wasn't what I expected but when I look at it objectively I know this is going to be something that has more to share every time I listen to it. It aligns with what the universal wisdom that was and is being taught by the masters and will be very beneficial to me as a new student to yoga. Listening to how it was applied serves as a great example for me to be guided by and learn from.

    Inspiring

    not organized usefully

    the audio book is only organized by section, not by daily reading. this makes it difficult to use.

    audio super choppy

    makes it annoying to listen to cause it constantly cracks and misses parts of words. I listened to it with head phones, through my phone,and on a speaker. same result every time.

    It is coming together

    Can't get enough of this book.

    inspirational and grounding.

    I struggle with meditation and this book has made it easier and helped me stick with a more regular practice.

    so inspiring to listen to now and then

    I am really enjoying this book. Have listened to it many times and jumping back and forth. Lots of wisdom and inspiration to live a more centered and joyous life. I will keep on practicing yoga and mindfulness - with my own pace.
