A definite read to make a real difference

Highly motivational. Alex definitely reads his book with purpose. Taking the day by mastering habits is a wonderful way of accomplishing goals whether it be food/weight related or just trying to fulfil yourself in other aspects of life. Does become repetitive at times, but only drives home the point more. Would recommend.

so helpful that I decided to listen to it again!

I found this book inspiring and eye opening. setting was clearly articulated and it all just makes sense.
I am not overweight, but I can apply the learnings from this book to my everyday life. I have a full time job and a family so I always held off on my dreams due to lack of time. this book helped motivate me to just do a little each day.

Awesome Applicable Info

Great book for actionable steps to change one's life without being neurotic. I have already begun to apply the teachings and am excited in the present and for my future.

3 Listens one week

While i think this bok was quite inspirational It had some negative tones that i didnt think myself and some times where there were some weird beeping noises.
But it have great points and habits i will take after so overall a great book for acheiving your goals!

Simple and Great advice

This book talks about a different, but simple way to achieve your goal. it really taps in to what you already know to be true. Daily Rituals/Habits.

Solid book about becoming a better you.

Alex does a great job of bringing out the essence of habit change. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a book more so about the philosophy of habit change than about what exact habits one needs to perform.

A life changing book.

A book to read more than once. And definitely once every year. It made me realise that my focus was misplaced and that was why I could not get results

Awesome!

This book changed my life. I was interested in personal development for a long time but I always strived for perfection and therefore never did the things I said I would do. After listing to this book I actually started changing my life with small steps. I already knew Alex's YouTube Chanel. This book is as good as his content on YouTube.

Best book ever!

I am already listening to this audiobook for the third or fourth time as it is SO incredibly good! It helped me so much and every new round of reading while going to work I get new inspirations for my life!
I can fully recommend this book to everyone who wants to live a better life and struggles with getting where they want to be.

I also really appreciate that the author reads his book by himself, as this makes him sympathetic. Furthermore, he has a clear and pleasant voice and I really like listening to him. Even for me as a German native speaker with good English skills, it is no problem to follow his explanations.

Big results over time with small daily habits.

Author focus how can you make big changes with small rituals. He was not very specific though. A very general book.

Great advice with simple tips

Finally the missing link

After reading tons of self development stuff and failing to actually accomplish any goals and sustain them, Alex Heyne offers the exact point of view, so that all huge parts of my puzzle make sense to me. Thank you very much.

This book and all take-aways very well spoken, have a clear message and are extreme easy to apply in EVERYONE's daily life. You will definitly have no excuses anymore for not achieving your goals.
