This collection includes 50 of the most beautiful love sonnets in the Elizabethan (Shakespearean) structure of iambic pentameter. These sonnets explore practically every conceivable aspect of love. The poems delicately lace and entwine within their structure, the profound impact of love on all of us. Though quite sophisticated in language at times, these poems, when heard over again and understood, have the simplicity of a ballad, which elucidates the bright side and dark sides, the happy and sad sides, and the frustrating side of love - indeed every facet of love and its concomitant good and ill.
Listen to them, enjoy them, and treasure them. Afterward, your concept of love will not only be enhanced, but also forever changed.
