À propos de ce contenu audio

This is the story of overcoming severe brain damage and paralysis to reach my dreams. After being diagnosed with a tumor on my brain stem, the doctors quickly moved me to surgery. The surgery to remove the malignant tumor from my brain stem left me in a coma for two weeks. When I started to wake up they discovered I had so much brain damage that I was paralyzed and couldn’t even speak.

This is the story of my journey. From the pitfalls and tribulations I endured to the great triumphs as I reached milestone after milestone. It’s about the lessons I took away from my unique experiences. This story shows insight on what it’s like to live with brain damage. I hope everyone is able to enjoy and can appreciate going on this journey with me.

“We all have a story, and while we all travel the same journey of life, not everyone looks for meaning in their experiences. Dave’s journey is meaningful and is one that can inspire us to get more out of our journey. His book tells us how to think positively about our situation, set goals that prove little steps matter, and life is precious. His story teaches us to find balance and strive to be our best just because – just because we can and it makes God smile. It is a perfect read when you need a little “upbeat” in your day.”
