Le plus pertinent
I adored “I’m not scared” and wanted to try another by the same author. It’s an entirely macho-centric book with superficial characters. Everything is from the male gaze. Whilst you can see the weaknesses of the male characters, the female characters are 1-dimensional and clueless. There are concerning portrayals of violence towards women.
