Lessons in Our (Early) 30s is a book highlighting the lifestyle of the single woman in her early 30s with a focus on self-improvement. It includes personal experiences from the authors and compares current behavior and expectations with those of their former 20-something self. This book covers the major topics present in a woman's life including beauty, wellness, finance, career, friendship, fashion, romance, and spirituality.
Throughout the book the authors have integrated a social media element through different hashtags. These hashtags allow the listener to directly interact with the authors, as well as other listeners, while listening to the book, creating a sense of community.
The authors are long-time friends currently "figuring it all out". They are living through this era and realize that the journey can be confusing and exhilarating, bringing about the urge to share their knowledge in an entertaining and thorough manner.
