In a city where artificial intelligence (AI) is driving widespread unemployment and unrest, Vijay, a technician at the Mercury Theatre, is given the chance to become the face and leader of a new rebellion.
At the same time, under an oak tree in a park, Jennifer is visited by a spirit panther who watches her for a moment and then disappears. Soon after, she is offered a contract too good to refuse. To fulfill the contract, she must learn to overcome her past and to love Vijay.
Vijay’s close friend, Ron, is hired by an AI and sees no risk in the AI dominance in the workplace.
This is the first book of the Gaia’s Daughters series as these three friends learn and accept their roles with Gaia, the AIs, and the rebellion.
