the beginning is promising, in the middle there's a little twist and at the end it cuts off abruptly, or rather at the moment when something is finally going to happen
I know she's been through a lot of trauma but 54 chapters during which she does nothing but cry and stammer and the only dialogue she has is... wwhhaaat.... Unbearable! The fact that it cuts off just as she finally decides to speak, bam the book ends. I might as well say I'm frustrated 😂
the story held me despite everything and I want to know, to understand who she is and how she will evolve, but honestly I'm afraid to pick up the 2nd book and that it will take as long to get going, that there will be a few twists...
