Loved these.
Jim Butcher did it again. I loved hearing Toots story. He is totally a hero. As always, James Marsters did an amazing job on the reading. He is the voice of the Dresden Files and they would not be the same without him.

Fantastic
This is a fantastic collection and is possibly the best collection I have ever read. There were some of my long time favorite authors and a few new to me . Of the new authors my stand out stories were written but R R Virdi, Kerrie L Hughes and Jennifer Brojak. The stories by Patricia Briggs and Jim Butcher were my favorites.. If you like well crafted stories you will love this collection.

You Will Not Be Disappointed
This has been one of the best anthologies I have listened to. The authors for the most part continued some of there various stories. Thus giving more depth and a more complete understanding of the stories.
You will find it is money well spent in fact I believe
I will be purchasing the kindle addition for my kindle library.

Great collection
I LOVE that the narrators from the rest of the series recorded these stories. Hearing them again helps bring you right back into these worlds effortlessly.

Some good
Some of the stories were especially good, enough that I plan to look up more from those authors, which is the point of these collections. But there were a couple that didn’t fit….they felt poorly written and I tired of them quickly.

Toot-Toot needs to learn sign language
Great stories. But the narrator doing Toot's voice sounds stupid. It was difficult not to be in a state of constant cringe. If I were Harry & had to listen to that voice I would either cast a spell of silence on Toot or cut out his vocal cords or put rat poison on the pizza. Otherwise really good stuff.

This will teach me to read the description.
A collection of unrelated short stories. A couple of them were ok, a couple were snooze worthy, but that could partly be because I was expecting a selection of Dresdenverse stories by guest authors. At least a couple narrators were hard to listen to, most were excellent.
In the future, I'll be more cautious about just grabbing things with Jim's name on it that seem to be Dresden related.

Couple of good stories in here
A few of the stories in here are very good. Toot Toot's and Oberon's stories were fantastic, Train to Last Hope was very well written and performed, Troll Life was really good and made we wish that it was a full series, Dating Terrors and Comfort Zone were decent, The Necessity of Pragmatic Magic was a fun listen, and the Vampires Karamazov was a refreshingly original vampire story.
The rest however were either so bad that I couldn't wait for them to be over (The Dark Ship and Return of the Mage), flat out mediocre (Silverspell), or didn't feel like it fit the theme of the anthology (Grave Gambles)
Overall it was an OK anthology and if it's part of a 'Buy 2 get 1 free' or similar promotion then I say go for it. But I personally don't think it's worth a full credit

A good book if short stories
I bought the book for the Jim Butcher story about Toot and Mister. That story was worth the credit. I really enjoyed Troll Life by Kerrie Hughes. I would like more stories about Harsel and Snorrie. The rest of the stories are a mixed bag of ok and good but worth the credit.
