Healing of the Heart is a poetry and prose workbook that reflects the inner struggles, the process over time, of undoing the harm done to the ego, and the constitution of the self, of the author and the many women with whom she has worked.
The prose aspect of this book serves as a connecting piece allowing other women to engage with their own stories allowing curiosity, a safe space for vulnerability, and personal work, leading to a better version of the intended self, spiritually, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. With this undoing of the harm done to the constitution of the "self" women and girls can better connect to themselves and other people, affecting change in their relationships, whether it's the parent-child relationship, the marriage relationship, or interpersonal relationships, live a more ordered and peaceful life.
