such a delightful version
I had to remember that I was listening to a dramatized version of the book and not a 'sound only' version of the TV show, and it was GREAT. Loved it!

It’s beautiful
The performances are flawless and the voices fit the characters perfectly. The novel in itself is brilliant, but we already knew that.

If you love the show, you will love this full audio cast
The story itself is so entertaining and such a fun take on the end of the world!

Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman and the cast slayed
I mean, it's Good Omens, what more can I say? All of the cast were awesome and I couldn't hope for more.
If you feel even slight need to read this (or listen to it), do it! It changes lives to the better.

Funny and genius
The text is hilarious, and the performance really makes the best out of it. I think I wouldn't enjoy it this much even if I read it myself. And the book is just so well written with so many sophisticated ideas and humor. Great listening!

Wunderbare Geschichte perfekt umgesetzt!
Good Omens von Neil Gayman und Terry Pratchet ist eine durch und durch unterhaltsame Geschichte die Mystik und Mythologie mit leichtem aber charmantem Humor verbindet.
Umgesetzt ist das Ganze als ungekürzte Lesung des Romans wobei allerdings die Darsteller der beiden Hauptfiguren aus der gleichnamigen Fernsehserie unterstützt durch eine volle Besetzung die gesprochenen Passagen ihrer jeweiligen Charaktere übernehmen. Zugegebenermaßen war ich anfangs skeptisch auf Grund dieser Mischung aus Hörbuch und Hörspiel, es dauerte allerdings nur wenige Minuten bis ich vollkommen überzeugt war. Sämtliche SprecherInnen sind hervorragend und das die Figuren alle markante Stimmen haben aber auch der Erzähler ungekürzt bleibt, macht dieses Hörbuch zu einem der besten die ich je genossen habe!

Brilliant as expected
Even if you know the story already, listening to this production is still a delight. It combines de fantastic performances of Tennant and Sheen as the main characters from the TV series, with the full text from the book that couldn't make it to the screen. The rest of the cast is just as brilliant.

Getting ready for Season 2 on Prime
I will also rewatch Season 1 but this audio version is the perfect way to spend the time while waiting for season 2 to premiere :D

favorite book ever
this might actually be the best book I've ever read/ listened to. hearing it read by the actors from the TV rendition really made it come to life in my opinion. also the voice of the narrator just fits perfectly somehow

Captivating
After watching the series I was so hooked about the story and excited about the cast reading their parts im this audiobook. I enjoyed it so very much - usually I prefer reading my books, I am not even one for podcasts, USUALLY I really do not like audiobooks. HOWEVER this was an amazing listening experience and I will gladly recommend it to my english speaking friends!

I love it
This is perfect for when you have things to do but still want to watch/read Good omens. Especially if you want to hear David Tennant and Michael Sheen as Crowley and Aziraphale.
