A great anthology of the ghosts' early career. Better than the first one and more to the point, this makes the story more enjoyable. The short stories are well made and meshed together nicely.
The ending is rushed however, as seems to be a common trope in the Ghosts' saga.
Narration is perfect
Overall really nice, but not the best.
82/100

The whole sub-plot with the inquisitor is really weird, rushed, and doesn't make much sense. Especially the relationship between Lilith and the Aeldari. I get that she's fairly radical, but that just doesn't make any sense from and inquisitor.
