À propos de ce contenu audio

Galatians: Uniting Divided People by Henry Hon examines how and why Christians have unknowingly played into Satan's plan of division by de-emphasizing and even ignoring Jesus' heart for unity.

This is the gospel that unites us: Jesus died on the cross for the forgiveness of sins to justify His followers by faith. However, most overlook that Jesus died not only for our individual sins but also "to gather into one the children of God who are scattered abroad" (John 11:52, ESV).

This book exposes Satan’s craftiness in using the gifts of God and laws in Scriptures to create divergent brands of churches and groups. Christians have unwittingly, distorted the gospel resulting in more and more divisions.

Jesus prayed that our unity would look like the Trinity: diverse yet one (John 17:22, 23, ESV). This is good news! Christians can have opposing perspectives and experiences but still love, respect, serve, and forgive one another, as one.

When followers of Jesus Christ are more divided than the secular world, Galatians provides the solution. God reveals this reality as a light: "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus" (Gal. 3:28).
