Eva loves a good ghost story, Madison not so much. In need of a best friends getaway, the two embark on the town of Frost Falls just in time for the grand re-opening of its newly renovated hotel.

Not long after arrival, the two begin to feel something is amiss. Voices, strange dreams, and a journal that seems to be possessed by something demonic. Will Eva and Madison get the answers to their queries, or will they too fall victim to Frost Falls and its dark charm?
