Don and Samantha’s community has survived the long harsh Michigan winter and made it to the April showers bring May flowers stage. They’re ready to get their gardens in and build their food stores up, so the next winter won’t be so hard on them.

They’ve made solid trading partners of Keith’s group at the campground.
Don is trying his best to get a handle on living with the things he’s had to do to get them where they are and some of the choices he’s made for the group.
