Dragon Keep, once a jewel of the Inland Sea empire, has fallen into ruin. Now it has been purchased by a mysterious woman who keeps herself hidden from view named Wendi and her not-quite-human friends. Wendi has reasons to hide herself from the entire world. Her soulless eyes and a deep scar running down her face are the only clues she has about her real identity as she searches for any information about her own past.
