Sam Stryker was a normal every day hard working family man, he had a wife and two children and he hated his day job. One morning, while he was just about to leave for work, his casual Friday was soon transformed into the worst day in human history, when the sky turned red, the sun black, the ground ripped open, and Hell made itself known in the world once again. Now Sam must find out why him and his wife were left behind on earth, while their children was taken away to Heaven when the war started. Soon however, he learns that there is much about the world he does not know, and even more about himself that he never would have even guessed. Now Sam must not only find where he belongs in this new world, but also survive it.
