He delivers anecdotes for professional development and growth within the US Army's Non-Commissioned Officer Corps, while providing entertaining stories of his escapades within the enlisted ranks.
The book also speaks to the legal, moral, ethical (and sometimes controversial) challenges that young enlisted men and women face while in service.
