    This audiobook is great!!

    This audiobook is great!! I am currently doing it with a small group of ladies and we are learning so much about ourselves. Some things are hard to hear and tough to swallow but no one is perfect and we all have room for growth and improvement!!

    Good audiobook, interesting listen.

    Good audiobook, interesting listen, I like the premise. I can pick out people I know when listening to some of the descriptions. A lot of run-on sentences you probably wouldn’t notice unless you were listening out loud like I was.

    There is a lot with this perceptible

    Good information and easy to follow !!!

    It's helped me with some upsetting thought-emotional relations but also helped me to understand what attachments really mean in a very simple way. For example, it interacts with a thought that then allows you to bind yourself to it by identifying.
