Tears streamed down my face in laughter and at times sadness as I went on this personal journey with Dan Bucatinsky (Emmy Award-winning actor, Scandal) as he and his husband Don adopt and raise their two children Eliza and Jonah. Bucatinsky has a unique ability as a writer to craft each chapter with his whole heart – yet his style is not overtly saccharine – and he delivers a witty and relatable story with each vignette about his parental coming-of-age.
