The United States is being divided and conquered from the inside. Our political infrastructure has evolved to divide us, so we can’t solve our problems. This audiobook describes how we got here and the various reforms that can be implemented at the state and local level to reverse this divisiveness.
The nonprofit groups successfully working to achieve those reforms are identified. Those reforms include ranked choice voting, independent redistricting, open primaries, congressional rules to support bipartisan bills, antidotes to misinformation and manipulation on the internet, countering money in politics, regulating lobbying and establishing a balanced budget over the business cycle.
