Modern life demands a more complex way of thinking and being. Developmental Coaching is a transformative program designed to enable true shifts in consciousness in executives, professionals, and coaches. Created as an edu-coaching program, the listener (as with a real life coachee) is taken through fundamental psychological models, whilst applying them to their own personal circumstances. Through seven sessions, they build a framework for operating in the modern world. There is an integral psychology throughout.
Structured around the work of Wilber, Kegan, and Vaillant, this seven-step process gently leads an individual to appreciating levels of consciousness, lines of developmental, adaptations, and domains of existence. With the key being "points of application", the listener is enabled to relate to the theory in a very grounded way. The result will be a dramatic improvement in competence as well as a potential leap in consciousness.
