Dark Skies. A poem about the importance of seeing terrestrial bodies at night, like we used to in days of old.
Now designated spots around the globe have been put aside for 'Dark Skies' to be seen in their true wonder.
This shortish poem, encapsulates that.
Pub date Monday December 21st 2020.
Update 2 refreshed cover image, and small changes to verse. 6th Jan. 2021. Update 3 cleaned up the Dark corners :) of the Poem—Feb. 8th 2021. Update 4, four brand new verses adding Americas Dark Skies. Update 5 & 6 improvements in layout + 1 more verse—Feb. 11th 2021.
Update 7. small changes and corrections 16/02/21.
New updates 8 & 9 in quick succession, more verses and a fresh Poetic landscape—22/02/21
Update 10 (most likely the last) a couple of lines added in. 28/02/21.
Update 11—Final verse on covid impact and other changes within poem. 06/04/21
