The players in the field spent their time picking the grass or picking their nose. Suddenly, contact was made and the boll rolled forwards three times. Whopper, who was not mobile, charged after it, tripped over home plate, and landed on it with his gut.
“All right team!!” someone screamed. “Heads up! Look alive out there! Head in the game, guys, head in the game! Know where you’re going and try to guess where the batter is going to hit. Stay awake and look alive!"
