Born and raised in South London, double Ivor Novello Award-winning songwriter and musician Chris Difford has made a huge impact on British music, notably with his Glenn Tilbrook songwriting partnership. Founding iconic British band Squeeze together, the group has released huge hits such as 'Cool for Cats', 'Up the Junction' and 'Labelled with Love'.
Numerous tours, albums and singles later, Chris Difford shows no signs of slowing down, releasing his tell-all memoir, Some Fantastic Place, earlier this year. Chris Difford talks to us about his seminal career as a British icon, what he holds as his greatest achievements and how he felt writing his first autobiography.
