Chimera Island.

A transport plane sent to Chimera to evacuate frightened scientists from a climate research station on the island disappears, along with a Chinese spy ship prowling nearby waters. Strange creatures skulk through the jungle overgrowth. And reality may not be as it seems. Worse, someone - or something - is determined to stop the Coasties from discovering the truth about the island.

Absorbing Supernatural Thriller
This was my first experience with Martin Roy Hill's work, and I enjoyed it very much. From the beginning pages to the end, the story held my attention. There was a very creepy and scary ambience throughout most of the tale. The characters were memorable. There were twists and turns in the plot. Tim Danko's narration was great. I was given a free copy of the audiobook and I have voluntarily posted this review.
