Ector Patterson had been suffering from night terrors for several weeks when he is confronted with the knowledge that they weren't nightmares after all. Standing in line in the mass transit system known as Tube Stations, Ector realizes the dreams were so much more, they were prophetic warnings. After witnessing and surviving the catastrophic events that had played out in his mind for weeks, Ector believes he is losing his mind. Unfortunately, losing his mind is the least of his worries as he finds himself between a fanatical mad man hell bent on restructuring the world in his image and a maniacal tyrant that wants to use the carnage to further his own political career. Will he survive or will he find himself helpless to resist the cascade that threatens to carry him over the edge of sanity and into a world he was never meant to be a part of?
