Deborah has received a “Consultant of the Year” award and the “Author of Influence” Award for her book Out Front: How Women can Become Engaging, Memorable and Fearless Speakers.

David Booth is a professional actor who has appeared on stage, film, and television. He won the Bay Area Theatre Award for Best Actor. David has served as corporate spokesman for Siemens, Cisco, and other global firms. Booth and Shames wrote Own the Room, published by McGraw-Hill.
