No one uses words quite like George Carlin. I discovered his "seven dirty words you can never say on television" when I was in high school, later studied the landmark case against him in college, and have been in general awe of him all along. Full of great wordplay and observational bits, his 2000 release Braindroppings is a must-listen for die-hard Carlin fans and one of my favorite listens of the year. (Teresa C.)
