    Best book I have read about selfcare.

    This book is so good and makes so much sense Tha I quit Weight Watchers and will be going through it again. I am going to do the activities and journaling my journey to loving myself more and learning to love myself more.

    awesome read!

    I loved this,finished the book and wanted more; she also has a fantastic podcast called Body Kindness which is is awesome also

    LOVE

    This audiobook is super positive and inclusive... loved listening to Rebecca’s passion and suggestions. I have to buy the paper copy now so i can do all the journal exercises!

    LIFE CHANGING

    Every human in today’s messed up diet society NEEDS to read this book! Oh how I wish I would’ve had this in my life 20 years ago... I’m tempted to get the title tattooed on my face so that everyone I meet knows about it, HA! Hats off to you Rebecca- and thank you!!

    Far Exceeded Expectations

    I don't normally write reviews, but this book far exceeded my expectations. It was way more comprehensive than I had anticipated; I kept thinking it must be almost done and then there was more. The suggestions in the book are easy to follow. The messages are very positive and uplifting; freeing. This book actually delivers on its promise (so many self-help books spend the majority of the book on the problem with very little at the end on how to fix it - this book is entirely a step by step guide to better health and happiness).
