New Mexico Territory, 1880
Jesse Callahan was happy with his life in the saddle, collecting bounties and rambling the wilderness with his trusty mare, Birdy. Then one night, deep in the rugged mountains of New Mexico Territory, he came across the famous Black Spur Ranch.
